Placing an order on this site is an offer to buy. The order is confirmed once we accept it and confirm the details with you by phone or message. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, the delivery address is outside our courier's coverage, or the requested design cannot be produced.

Prices shown include the item only. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm. Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed on your order is the price you pay.

অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার আগে আমরা ফোন বা মেসেজে আপনার সাথে বিস্তারিত যাচাই করে নিই। পণ্যের দামের সাথে ডেলিভারি চার্জ আলাদাভাবে চেকআউটে দেখানো হয়।

Custom-made items and design approval

কাস্টম পণ্য ও ডিজাইন অনুমোদন

Stamps, seals and other made-to-order items are produced to the text and design you supply. We share a preview for your approval before production wherever the design is not trivial. Once you approve a design, production begins and the item cannot be changed.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the text, spelling, names and dates you provide. If an approved design contains an error that came from your instructions, a remake is charged as a new order.

আপনার দেওয়া লেখা ও ডিজাইন অনুযায়ী কাস্টম পণ্য তৈরি করা হয়। প্রিন্ট বা তৈরির আগে ডিজাইন দেখিয়ে অনুমোদন নেওয়া হয়। অনুমোদনের পর বানান বা তথ্যের ভুলের দায়িত্ব ক্রেতার।

Payment

Cash on delivery is available across Bangladesh. For custom-made items we may ask for a partial advance before production, because a made-to-order item cannot be sold to anyone else if the delivery is refused.

সারা বাংলাদেশে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি সুবিধা আছে। কাস্টম পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে তৈরির আগে আংশিক অগ্রিম নেওয়া হতে পারে।

We deliver nationwide through a courier partner. Delivery inside Dhaka normally takes one to two working days and outside Dhaka two to four working days after the item is ready. These are estimates, not guarantees — courier delays, weather and public holidays can extend them.

Please provide a phone number that is reachable. Parcels that cannot be delivered because the number is switched off or the address is incomplete may be returned to us, and the return courier charge may be applied to a re-delivery.

কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে সারা দেশে ডেলিভারি করা হয়। ঢাকার ভিতরে ১–২ কর্মদিবস এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ২–৪ কর্মদিবস সময় লাগে। সঠিক ও সচল মোবাইল নম্বর দিন।

Exchange and remakes

এক্সচেঞ্জ ও পুনরায় তৈরি

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or the text or design differs from the version you approved, tell us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photographs and a video. Where the fault is ours we exchange or remake the item free of charge, including delivery.

We offer exchange only — there is no refund. Products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, and the replacement must be in stock. Customised items, offer products and change-of-mind requests are not exchangeable. The full policy is on our return policy page.

ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, ভুল বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে ছবি ও ভিডিওসহ জানান। আমাদের কোনও রিফান্ড নীতি নেই — কেবল এক্সচেঞ্জ সুবিধা প্রযোজ্য। কাস্টমাইজড বা অফার পণ্য এবং শুধু মনের পরিবর্তনের কারণে এক্সচেঞ্জ করা হয় না।

You confirm that you have the right to use any name, logo, trade licence, signature or official mark you ask us to reproduce. We do not produce seals or stamps that imitate government offices, courts or any authority you cannot show entitlement to, and we may refuse or cancel any order we believe is intended for forgery or impersonation.

আপনি যে নাম, লোগো বা সিল তৈরি করতে বলছেন তার বৈধ অধিকার আপনার আছে — এটি নিশ্চিত করার দায়িত্ব আপনার। সরকারি দপ্তর বা কর্তৃপক্ষের নকল সিল আমরা তৈরি করি না।
